We are the 3rd generation of Llewellyn Real Estate practitioners in King and Pierce County, with a combined 40 years of real estate experience in the Northwest market.

Denise and Morgan Llewellyn

Morgan Llewellyn has a CCIM Designation and was the past president of the Seattle Chapter of CCIM.   He is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Educated in Construction Management with a degree from the University of Washington College of Architectural and Urban Planning, Morgan Llewellyn understands all aspects of development and construction and is a tested and proven leader for commercial and new development projects.

Denise Llewellyn is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) as well as an Accredited Home Staging Specialist (AHS).  Voted Seattle’s Best agent from client surveys all around the Seattle area, Denise’s diligent service, aggressive negotiation skills and professional integrity have earned her a reputation of thorough client care.

Denise has also attained an ABR designation. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.
